We pride ourselves on quality however on the rare occasion a mistake happens in production then we will offer a full refund or exchange within 21 days of the order being received. Simply email customercare@bucketsandpails.com with a photo of the issue and your order number to allow us to resolve for you swiftly.
Lost in Transit.
Please check your address before submitting your order. If your address is considered insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the items will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as is applicable).
